9. Optional storage-label photo analysis

If you voluntarily enable label reading, the selected photo is sent once to Google Cloud Vision in the EU region solely for OCR. It may contain storage identifiers such as a model or serial number. The feature is optional, requires separate consent, and does not submit the form. You must review the result before applying it. We do not retain a persistent copy of the photo as part of the analysis itself.

Privacy policy in brief (for people who want to understand quickly)

If you want to obtain a copy of your data, correct it or request deletion, the easiest way is to contact us by email or phone. We will explain what can be done immediately and what may depend on legal or accounting obligations.

In data recovery cases, we do not browse your files out of curiosity. We verify only what is technically necessary to confirm whether the recovery was successful, for example by opening a limited sample of recovered files.

You may ask us to delete working copies after the service is completed, subject to technical or legal constraints.

  • Contact details are used for communication on notification and order.
  • We treat data from the media as confidential and do not share it with third parties.
  • You have the right to access, correct and delete your data (within the limits of the law).

Your rights in practice

If you want to get a copy of your data, correct it or ask for removal — just email or telephone contact. In response, we will inform what we can do immediately and what comes from legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents).

In the context of data recovery, it is also important that we do not view your files "out of curiosity". We are only checking what is needed to verify the effectiveness of recovery (e.g. opening several random files).
