Terms of Service in brief — the most important points in plain English
These Terms explain the basic rules of cooperation: we accept the device for diagnosis, prepare a quotation and outline the possible recovery scenario, and only then start the actual work after your approval.
In data recovery, safety comes first. Whenever possible, we work on a copy (image) of the source media, while the original device is treated as protected source material.
We also care about confidentiality. Client data is stored in a secure environment, and on request we can sign an NDA. If anything in the Terms is unclear, call us at 573 532 490 and we will explain it.
- Diagnosis → quotation → client decision → recovery work on a copy whenever possible.
- There is no “guaranteed 100% recovery” in every case — the actual result depends on the device condition and the type of damage.
- The sooner unsafe DIY attempts stop, the better the chance of successful professional recovery.
Why do we sometimes ask you to stop “trying things yourself”?
Many repair tools and file-system utilities write changes to the original media. If the device is already unstable, each additional write may overwrite key fragments of data and make professional recovery much harder.
