How we work in the laboratory — straightforward and safe for your data
At Dysk i Spółka, we start with a free diagnosis and only then recommend the best recovery path. The key rule is simple: we do not “repair” files on the damaged device itself. We work on its copy or image so the original situation is not made worse.
We handle HDDs, SSD/NVMe devices, RAID/NAS arrays, memory cards and USB flash drives. Whatever the media type, we first try to identify the source of the problem, whether it is an electronics failure, mechanical damage, file system corruption, accidental deletion or a ransomware attack.
If you want the diagnosis to move faster, prepare a short summary: when the problem started, whether the device was dropped, whether you can hear unusual sounds and whether a formatting prompt appeared. That helps us choose the safest method from the very first step.
- Do not format the device and do not run file-system “repairs” on your own.
- Do not install recovery software on the same drive from which the data disappeared.
- If possible, disconnect the device and stop using it until diagnosis.
- If you have questions, call us on 573 532 490 or submit your case online.
Are you dealing with a similar storage device problem?
If your drive is no longer detected, your computer reports data read errors, or you have lost access to important files, do not keep launching repair tools over and over again. That can make the device worse and reduce the chances of successful data recovery.
