Typical failures
Failures where the first decision matters
Not just deleted files. We develop specific problems known in the photo-video industry.
The most important thing is to stop recording: don't take any more photos, don't play the material, and don't initialize the card in the camera. When submitting, describe the file format RAW, MOV, MP4, BRAW or RSV, the camera model and the moment when the recording or card stopped working.
Deleted photos or formatting
Stop shooting on the card. New photos or clips can overwrite file records and preview data.
Interrupted video recording
Stop using the card or SSD and do not record new files.
Card asks to be formatted
Nose visible as "not formatted", RAW file system or error message in the camera.
0 MB or not detected
Stop using the card and avoid formatting; the controller or file system may be unstable.
Free reading and error I/O
Matter reads very slowly, copying interrupts, either CRC or I/O.
Damaged video file
Interrupted MOV, MP4, BRAW, RSV or camera-specific files may need file-level reconstruction and sample verification.
Drive with an editing project
External SSD or HDD after the fall, disconnection during the transfer of material or decrease in work stability.
